He has extensive experience in all civil law provisions, especially in the areas of enforcing rights and obligations, and is experienced in civil lawsuits and claims. He is also an expert in corporate and commercial law. He has contributed to issuing many legislations for federal laws, including the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law, the Trust Law and its Uses in Regulating Family Businesses, Financial Leasing Laws, Factoring Law, Personal Data Protection Law, and Financial Technology Law, among others.
